At Fruita for Equality, our mission is promoting and supporting equality, inclusivity, and diversity through meaningful conversations and action in our community.
Art was created by Rim Rock Elementary students depicting "I smile when I see ____ in Fruita". This project was created to help students find out what they love about their town and build their sense of community. We had close to 400 posters submitted in 2024 which were displayed in Fruita businesses in the spring. Each student received "I love Fruita" stickers for their hard work creating this art!
